How to Use Our Workflows
Step-by-step guide to get started with our ready-to-use automations.
1. Download the JSON File
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll instantly receive a downloadable .json file containing your selected workflow.
💡 Keep it safe and easily accessible on your device.
2. Access Your n8n Instance
Make sure you have n8n installed (either self-hosted or via n8n cloud).
Log into your dashboard to get started.
🔗 New to n8n? Visit n8n.io to create a free account.
3. Import the Workflow
In the n8n dashboard:

Click on "Import" in the top-right corner

Upload the
.jsonfile -
The workflow will appear on your canvas — ready to go!
4. Configure Your Credentials
Some workflows may require external integrations (e.g. Gmail, Airtable, Webhooks).
Simply add your credentials in the “Credentials” section and assign them to the appropriate nodes.

5. Activate and Automate!
Click “Activate” to start running the workflow.
